Awesome cookies and brownies! Very pretty interiors!

I absolutely LOVE this bakery, I’m sure my friends are bored of me keep telling them about it. Everything really tastes as good as it looks…if not better! But the Malteser stuffed cookie is my favourite. I can’t recommend this amazing bakery enough! Go there now, I promise you won’t regret it.

Lovely little shop and great bakes! However, the lady who served me was so miserable and rude ( I went in Sunday afternoon ) she barley acknowledged me and looked like she did not want to be there

Visited Canterbury today with the kids. Was excited when we found the shop on our day out, the shop is very pretty and the cookies and brownies we purchased extremely yummy( unfortunately the lady serving was a bit miserable and did not engage with us at all, no eye contact no smiles just rather grumpy) a shame as myself and the kids were excited to visit. For that reason don’t think I would go in again as your paying a lot would expect better customer service.

The brownie and cookie we had were nice but very sweet, aesthetics over flavour. The lady serving had no idea what was inside the cookie pie and didn’t know what a macchiato was (for the customer in front). If you’re paying almost £5 for a cookie you’d hope for better …

Discovered this new bakery down the streets by the cathedral, it was cute, it was pink, it was fresh and then through the window… heaven in the shape of baked goods !! Cookies! Brownies! Rocky road! First purchase was a Mars brownie and oh my… words don’t come close to how good it was, it really is a “you have to try it for yourself to know”. Since then, I have been in multiple times, trying to taste a different item each time and every time has been amazing! (Brownies so far: Mars, Mint Aero, kinder bueno, magic stars/Milky Way, Mars/marshmallow. Cookies: Red Velvet)Seriously these treats are 10/10Staff are friendly, smiley and happy to help. Answering any questions I threw at them which is so nice from a customer perspective.And the pricing I think is very reasonable, £3.99 for a brownie? A price I’m more than happy to pay when they’re THAT good!(Pictured is two mars n marshmallow brownies - most recent purchase - CRIMINALLY INCREDIBLE! This is my favourite little bakery! The milkshakes are amazing, and the cookies are just 10/10! Especially the smores!Portions are huge, my kids icecreams were massive.Staff are really friendly, I always feel welcome with my kids (which us parent appreciate).The style is great, simple, not over cluttered but it looks soo beautiful!!

Best cookie I’ve ever eaten!!!For all those complaining about the price, the one cookie I had was equivalent to like 3-4 you’d get in Tesco- they are HUGE!!!Lovely food and aesthetics in store, and I was super pleased with the choices.I would’ve taken a photo, but I ate it too quickly (whoops!)

New opening in Faversham wow great however staff member could have done better understand busy but no eye contact just shouted offers only on certain things did not tell me about membership offer and had back to me whole time disappointed. Cookies were nice but to stand out nowadays need more staff maybe?
