I love their chocolates, if I'm buying for a special occasion I go here as they're different from the standard run of the mill fare. The champagne truffles are fantastic! I know they're not the cheapest around but you're paying for quality and you definitely get that.

The only thing that could make this place better, is if it really was a hotel. The chocolates are colorful and creative. The flavors are unique and a must try. I also bought the coffee beans and the coffee was fabulous. (Rocket and Cashmere)

Best hot chocolate I have experienced so far. The coffees are nice if you're looking for something a lot sweeter and different to your usual order. I also am a big fan of the way the cafe section is layed out and since it's relatively small it feels pretty cosy. If you do decide to have the chocolate whipped cream on top of your coffee, make sure you drink/eat it before it melts or your drink might overflow!

Lovely hot chocolate and beautiful selection of chocolate drinks and lattes. But needs extra seating area for customers to sit and relax as it part of the hot chocolate shop its space isn't enouch for customers to feel comfortable and have enouch room to relax it's to much of a tight space. Was very disappointed for a luxury company like hot chocolate it would be better as just a luxury chocolate shop. Not suited for coffe shop as well. But overall staff were polite and make you feel very wellcome and comfortable⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

If you like chocolate you will love this location. Have ever salivated at the thought of treats. Now you understand how we both had to really try to hold back the urge to buy big. But sadly we succumbed to our tasting lots of chocolates. Yum yum. !!!

Way too pricy but huge huge selection of so many specific prices of chocolate. I came here just before closing time and the staff were very kind and friendly and offered me samples, recommendations and advice; even though I knew they were so tired. I'm sure they got fed up of me when closing time came. The music and vibe inside is so cool and relaxed, and I enjoy the Christmas music.
