Very friendly and reassuring. I've asked them lots of questions re my pet's health and they've always had the patience and time to answer them making sure I understand what they're saying.Have always put my pet first and spent the extra time bonding with them before any care.Can't thank the team enough for their time, dedication and care over these last few weeks

Friendly and professional service. Put me at ease when bringing in my nervous dog. Couldn't have been better and managed to get the job done without too much hassle. Very clean and well looked after and staff are friendly, efficient, kind and professional.

I had been with Livingston vets for pets for a number of years, but because I only needed basic care for my pets I felt it was a good place, untill my pets needed a vet who cared about them. I wasn't going to go public with this because it's always never listened too anyone's negative feed back. However listen to the negative reviews here I wished I had read them..

Terrible place. More interested in making money than your pet. Vets for money!! Terrible customer service not interested in helping your pet, only about making money. Highly recommend taking your pet to a proper caring Vet.

I do like Vets4Pets and the vets in particular are always very attentive to my dogs needs. I do think sometimes more communication between the staff could be better as when I went to pick up my dogs flea and worming tablets I was told that they were not ready to collect as nothing was in the diary? I explained that I spoke to around 3 different people beforehand who were dealing with this and I was told it was sorted and to come and collect? I went in on the Thursday although I was told they would be ready the previous Monday? I was then told I would need to get my younger dog looked over by a vet as she had not been seen for a year! I explained that I had seen a vet 2 weeks prior to this for my previous dog and had taken her with with me at the same time. The vet explained what might be better given her weight. However it was sorted on the day thankfully and because my younger dog was visiting a vet in January it would be okay? Strange! I was told it would be brought up at the next meeting. As I say more communication between staff would be good.
