Had an appointment and arrived on time. They did not acknowledge us arriving. I sat with my child for 20 mins and still no comment from the staff or apology for their lateness . The worse issue was I sat with my mask on as during covid restrictions for everyone to wear in all places of business. I was the only one, including staff and customers. We walked out and shocked by the service. Very poor service

Small, personable and attentive salon. Jovial ladies catering for ladies, children and gentlemen at affordable prices. I have Oriental hair, straight and coarse. Had a great perm which lasted for 9 months. I always love the result every time I go.

I’ve generally had a very good experience here, but my last cut and colour was disappointing. I had a colour placed on my roots to remove greys, and found when I had got home, some of them had been missed. This is disappointing, given that I have very dark hair, So greys are very easy to see.I’m not sure I would return. The pricing is quite good, but I always feel rushed when I’m thereI have to book time off work to attend the appointment and cannot afford ad hoc days to go and have touchups when errors are found

Got a balayage, cut and style today and I love it SO MUCH! Holly did my hair and she was so thorough and made sure I was happy with how it looked throughout the appointment. She also told me exactly what she was doing which made me feel at ease as this was the first time i’ve had colouring done. Abbey (hope i’ve got their names right) was also really lovely and helped a lot during the process. The colour compliments my skin so nicely, and she made sure to make it extra perfect as I have my prom tomorrow. Definitely coming back, cannot recommend enough!!

Tiptop hair is now my go to. All the girls are so welcoming and the service and prices are great. The extra covid precautions make you feel safe. And they have great advice for what is best for my hair.

Very bad hair salon or hair dresser named Holly, she just wanted to steal our hair and money by complaining our hair products. She just find a reason to get refund and takes our hair bundles. Be careful to do your hair here!!!

I have used Tip Top hair for around 20 years now! They are absolute angels who will always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and manage your expectations. There is always a cup of tea and magazines and the refurb is so fitting for Nikki and Holly's personalities! 110% recommend

Lovely shop, friendly staff. I attended here after a friend's reccomenddation - I am Asian so have naturally very dark hair, i left with a beautiful blonde balayage. Recieved so many complements on my hair do. I'm surprised how busy it gets here considering the quiet location. Would definitely recommend to try this place, it's a hidden gem!
