My first experience with this company and I was well impressed. The booking area was clean and the ship was a great sailing both ways. Staff where helpful. With my mum needing assistance they were very helpful. Taking me and my mum by courteous bus to and onboard the ferry. The ship was clean with easy access to facilities.

Ferry to Isle of Man for a weeks tour around the island, 2am sailing so we opted for a cabin to get a few hours sleep, cabins were clean and comfortable, we also were supplied with sandwiches & crackers/cheese also tins of juice and water

Its adequate as its the only ferry that goes to isle of man but its way over priced. The only decent thing is that you can take a pet on board being a cat, as most places say pet but they only allow dogs. The pet cabin is small though so be aware of sharing with other animals incase your little fur baby isn't one for making friends. There is hot food available for all sailing times and a little shop for snacks.

Went standby because of bad weather, managed to get on the new Manxman Ferry, we booked an executive cabin for the night crossing, and were very impressed. Nice bed and loaded fridge made the crossing a pleasure.

Staff always polite, helpful and professional, check-in and boarding are well organised and always seem to run smoothly. The terminal building itself is clean, tidy and modern with toilets, vending machines and a small cafe serving light refreshments at busier times.

Cancelled ferry. Just another 12 hours till the next one. Queue,queue, 19 hours from Heysham to IOM. Never again, Perth, western Australia takes the same time.

Isle of Man Steam Packet Heysham
We were due to be sailing back to Heysham on the new Manxman ferry on Friday 18th August at 8:45am, but sadly it was withdrawn due to inexperience with the vessel in strong winds. The Ben-My-Chree is a short on seating when busy but sails smoothly even in rough seas.The main highlight was theLiverpudlian lady in white (didn't catch her name) who saw the state of the egg I was served at breakfast and left her till to go into the kitchen and ensure I had a fresh one made. She also went off to find gluten free biscuits for my coeliac mother.Above and beyond the standard ferry service and I hope she can be recognised for it!

Well organized. Friendly staff. Very efficient. Definitely the best and easiest way to get to the Isle of Man. Food very good. Don't bother eating on the way. Ship's food is excellent.

Very good, amazing ferry company they have dog friendly bookable cabins and a dog friendly lounges brilliant if you don't want to leave them in the car I think other ferry companies can learn from this
