Shelly is a very professional and experienced instructor with strong people skills and an ability to tune in to an individual's needs and make them feel really comfortable and at ease, all leading to a great practice. I'd highly recommend Shelly.

I have been attending Shelly’s Yin Sunday sessions for around a year now. Her down to earth manner, ability to create a relaxing space and experience really shines through. She adds words of wisdom and poems to compliment the experience and gives lots of options for those who may have injuries or health problems.I always feel amazing after one of Shellys sessions, I love her energy and would highly recommend for anyone who needs to stretch, infuse their muscles with softness and really ground back into the body.

I have been practicing yoga with Shelly for a few years and can't recommend her highly enough. She kept us all going through the pandemic with yoga via zoom, and its so lovely to be able to practice in the studio now. Shelly is warm, friendly and caring, and her classes leave you feeling calm and nurtured. She has years of experience and the wellbeing of her yogis is her main concern.
