WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY!!Shocking company. Sent of my partners MSI gaming monitor. Followed all instructions provided by RepairTech. Collected by DPD. Monitor was sent in for motherboard/power supply issues.We then receive an email stating “packaging was intact, but arrived with a damaged screen”Phonecalls/ Emails back and fourth between myself and RepairTech, they claimed the monitor must have been sent like it. I provided evidence of the monitor prior to sending. They then said it was down to “customer poor packaging”. Was then told a replacement monitor would be £282, they couldn’t fix the screen or the actual part that it was sent it for. They had sent photos of the monitor when it arrived. But the only photo they had of the monitor with the “screen damage” was on a work station. They couldn’t provide any actual hard evidence that this is how it arrived like this. They said they or courier wouldn’t take responsibility, it was our fault.I also contacted MSI, who aswell don’t value their customers and blamed us also for the breakage.I would avoid sending any devices to RepairTech. They don’t value their customers, regardless if you follow the instructions they blame you. You are better off sending your devices elsewhere!!

Samsung sent my curved monitor here for a replacement screen. RepairTech sent a box in which you package the monitor up in so no complaints there. Overall took 1 week to get fixed and sent back and that was with them waiting on parts.The monitor was immaculate, no obvious signs of repair and no damage whatsoever. Even had the cellophane on the screen.Only thing they can improve is give a deadline as its all a guessing game with there emails...

Quick, easy and painless.Warranty repair on a Samsung monitor turned around in just over a week. Can't fault them at all.Excellent comms from the customer service team.

My son's Switch was sent here with a Joycon rail problem. It was sent back to us with the problem still present. When we returned it they told us that water damage had mysteriously appeared (even though it was only used for a couple of hours) at which point they wanted to charge us £190... the same cost as a new Switch Lite. What a rip-off!

Terrible. I sent off my year old Toshiba laptop on 26th January and heard nothing for months despite repeated calls and email. I eventually got through to someone who disclaimed all knowledge of my computer and said it must have been lost! Finally got it back over 4 months later. So much for the ‘10 day turnaround’. A week after it was returned the computer had a catastrophic system failure which resulted in my losing everything stored and an entire rebuild required.

RepairTech via MSI support tell you to wrap the monitor a certain way.I have done this and the monitor arrived damaged via there delivery company DPD. RepairTech are blaming me for incorrect packaging and are returning the monitor with no repair which is a joke.I cannot even make a claim on the monitor as they are the contact for DPD.Be warned when buying an MSI Monitor in the UK of there is a fault and the courier damages it in transit you don’t any protection. I hope this helps the next person in avoiding MSI and RepairTech.

Smashed my TV screen and blamed me even though I had a witness (the delivery driver from Panther) who watched me pack it without damage. It only went in for a warranty repair for no power. They basically called me a liar because there was no damage to the packaging. Asked the script reading customer service people on numerous times to speak to the operations manager and the managing director only to be asked how did I find out who they were. When I told them off their own website they proceeded to tell me they weren't available. Absolute shambles of a company. I'm undecided on who I contact first. The Press or the Police because by the looks of it this isn't the first time this has happened to someone.

Avoid at all costs!Sent my Toshiba TV for a warranty repair (there were dark spots on the screen). got it back fairly quickly (in a week), but the fix was done super poorly and, in my humble opinion, my TV is now worse than it was before.There is a gap between the frame of the TV and the screen which is shining bright-white light which is not supposed to be there. there are also a few little spots on the screen that weren't there before!Extremely disappointed. I just don't understand, how could someone in their right mind OK this fix???Still waiting for a reply to my review of their services that i sent them in an email.

Recently sent off 2 x Nintendo JoyCons due to drift issues.Only looked up RepairTech following printing the shipping label. I was worried I would have further issues.However very fast updates/repairs now have 2 x fully working Joycons.Communication was good, packaging back was perfect.
