Bee-Safe Manchester

I was looking to get active after lockdown and training with Bee Safe has increased my fitness and confidence.

I joined the adult daytime class. Must admit, I was a bit nervous, because I haven't exercised in years. The group was really friendly and I came away feeling very achieved. Looking forward to going again next week! Can really recommend it to anyone who wants to start exercising

Took my little boy here to build his confidence and decided to join in with it being a family class. I can honestly say it is our favourite part of the week. The training is great Gary and Antje are very knowledgeable and have lots of experience. Everyone is really friendly and we always come home with a smile on our face. If you are looking for somewhere to get fit and learn to stay safe this is the place join the team you won't regret it. Thank you to you both!
