We've bought all our beds over the last 10 years from here and more recently a beautiful wardrobe. The prices have always been fantastic and George's customer service is second to none. Can't recommend highly enough

Would not recommend due to delays and poor customer service. I live at the top of the Wright Street, so I couldn't be any closer for delivery.I orignally ordered the 3/4 Roman or Roma Matress(I think that was the name of it) and was told there could be delay of 2- 3 weeks. I paid all upfront and also paid £20 for them to take my old matress away. They had my mobile number but I went in on the 3rd week to see if it was in as I hadn't heard anything. The Gentleman that originally served me said they couldn't get that matress from the supplier at all. Why he hadn't rung me to inform me of this, I don't know (Bad customer service point 1.)I then paid another £15 for a different matress(Oxford matress) promised to be delivered the following week on the Friday or Saturday. He even asked me if I worked Saturday and I kindly reminded him that I am currently working from home. Come the following Saturday I phone up the store to see what time it will be delivered that day and he tells me that they don't deliver on a Saturday and that someone should of called me yesterday.He then says he can bring it but I will have to help him bring it up the stairs to my flat ( I live on the first floor, there is no lift.) He carries it down the street on his back and I have to reluctantly help carry and drag it up the stairs which I inform him that I am not happy about because I suffer with Costrochondritis (swelling in the breast bone, and minicked symptoms of a heart attack) and this could cause a flare up, which is why I paid for a delivery. It gets stuck on the step and rips up the step panel.Once we get it in the room he take my old very thin and light one away. I told him I wasn't happy and would want some kind of refund. I am told to go to the store on Monday. I go on Monday and the store has closed early (no Notice in window to tell me this and no phone call).I go in today and get no apology and £20 back for the delivery. They barely say speak to me. The taller man who I presume is the manager or supervisor ( I wouldn't know as he didn't introduce himself to me) says, I was expecting you yesterday." I said

Great honest service, alot cheaper than regular bed shops, but better quality too.

Trying to search for King size beds. This website says none found, try leaving the s off beds, still no joy.

Great service all round from the shop floor to the delivery, it was professional, polite and helpful. George couldn't have been more helpful when we were choosing our new bed, explaining different types of material and fillings. On delivery, the guys were polite and quick, all done in 20 mins and took the packaging away. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with my purchase. Went into the place and was able to try all the mattresses until I found what I wanted.

Maybe not the cheapest around for bedroom products, but quality is almost guaranteed. Staff are very friendly and helpful and are not pushy
