Aerials and Satellites Dumfries

Absolutely 1st class. Recently moved into area and there was no tv aerial at property. Phoned Les advising I had satellite dish and digital box and asked if it could be set up. This was approximately 11am. Les arranged to come out at 1500hrs to see if equipment was suitable. He arrived early, advised dish not usual size for area (should have been bigger) but said he'd have look in van to see if bracket he had could be used, as the bigger dishes use different brackets. Explained as dish was smaller couldn't guarantee I'd get all channels as it poor reception area....I didn't mind would have settled for channels 1-5 after 3 months without any tv! Agreed price before arrival (if it was going to be viable). Fitted dish set everything up with my wall mounted tv, and even hoovered up when finished as there was bit of dust from drilling hole to put cable through. Very friendly, professional and polite also explained everything in laymans terms as i'm very non-technical when it comes to television. I will definitely use again when I can afford to get other rooms connected. Recommended to all.
