Simple, straightforward and a really nice company !I spoke to Chord Space Solutions earlier this year enquiring about the possibility of having some plans for an extension drawn up for my house.Not being a builder or architect myself, I was unsure what was or was not possible to do in the space that I wanted to build on. They came out to my house, I told them what I was hoping to achieve with the project, they advised me what I could do and also what would be best to do with the space I had.Chord Space came back to me very quickly with a first set of plans, we had a brief to and fro over emails with slight amendments to suit my preferences until I was happy.Chord Space even helped me submitting them to the planning department for approval which took all the hassle of the process out of my hands which was such a massive help.Plans have been approved and I’m now ready to start my project….bring on the builders !!
