Johnsons The Cleaners

We have had multiple items dry cleaned at Johnson’s over the years - bridesmaid dresses, suits, curtains and even a Santa’s Outfit and the service has always been absolutely amazing. Sharon is extremely hard working, has excellent customer service skills and the quality of the dry cleaning is second to none. She is the upmost professional and even during these difficult times, remains positive and puts a smile on our faces! Similarly, I always feel my items are safe in her hands due to her extensive knowledge. It is down to her exemplary service that we shall remain long time customers at Johnson’s.

My cat scratched his ear and left spots of blood on my brand new duvet cover. Big thank you to Sharon for restoring my duvet to new. First class service.

It's not often that I am stumped for words but the customer service I have received from you did just that.I therefore apologise to the staff members in the shop last Saturday (1st July) if I didn't thank them properly for the way that they and the management team dealt with me.The service is excellent and I would happily recommend you to everyone.ThanksSteve Copeland

3 days to clean a suit and shirt. Trousers then returned with two crease lines down the front of one leg. Morrisons do a better job with same day collection for half the price.

3 stars because prices have gone through the roof for dry cleaning. Also I drove over here to get here 10 minutes before it closed and the staff had obviously gone home 10 minutes early. That's fine but annoying as a wasted trip I only wanted to drop off dry cleaning.Closing time advertised on Google is also different than the closing time on the door. So someone should fix that.

Shocking. Took my jacket as was going to a wedding. My jacket did not come back on time, only to find out they had ruined it. The sore manager was not very helpful and did not take responsibility for his store. Quite rude and was not his fault he says. Won't use again

Well done to Sharon who has restored our faith and confidence in Johnsons. We took our hand made curtains (cost circa £2500 new) into Johnsons Ashby de la Zouch (we use this branch regularly for duvets, curtains, voils etc) but were disappointed with the stand in person for Sharon (told Sharon is on holiday). It was almost as if the stand in woman did not want our business, in point of fact I asked Don't you want to do them" (curtains). I informed her that we are aware they have to go away for specialist cleaning and can take up to 3 weeks. Her answer: "We don't do specialist cleaning". We left the curtains anyway and received a text the next day to advise "ready to collect". Upon arrival to collect we met the staff member from the previous day. She informed us they had been cleaned on site??? Upon inspection at home
