Markhitecture Design and Planning

Mark has been brilliant - he helped me with the revamp of the front of our house. He came up with several new ideas which I had not previously thought of. He was very patient when I changed my mind and asked lots of questions, and was happy to amend the designs numerous times so that we could get them just right. He also assisted with planning permission (requested last minute by the Council). I would totally recommend, and would happily use him again in future.

We were recommended Mark’s services by a friend, and we are very impressed by the professional service received throughout the process.He drew up our plans and proposed numerous design additions which we hadn’t thought of, but subsequently incorporated in our plans. He was patient, attentive, communicative and his attitude and passion made the process a lot of fun. He was always on hand to support and guide us in a no rush manner. We ended up with plans which were so much more than we initially had in mind and couldn’t be happier.Mark took complete control of the planning application process and dealt with all communications with the council/planning officer, whilst keeping us in the loop and planning was passed in just over 8 weeks with no issues or compromises. Building will commence this year and we can’t wait to see the plans become a reality.Highly recommended, will definitely use again if required. Really nice chap and excellent at what he does.
