The workforce was competent......when they turned up. I would give them, for their work, 5 stars.But they never arrived when their management promised they would. They were always weeks late, turned up unannounced, took ages to finish, and always had ridiculous excuses.If I could give the management zero, I would.The management of the company promised numerous dates when their workforce would do the work on site. But they never turned up. The owner/manager would not answer his telephone.Time and time again, they made promises dates but never kept their word. They became a standing joke amongst the other builders.The manager made countless excuses that turned out to be lies. Overall they delayed the our building work by several weeks, at considerable cost to us.These people cannot be trusted at all. I do not recommend them, and warn anyone I speak to, against them.

We had a leaky slate roof removed and replaced with an anthracite coloured aluminium roof. It looks very smart indeed. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the team. Ross, Matt and Chris communicated well at every stage and we just left them to it. No hassle and altogether stress free. The team were professional, clearly very competent and always polite. The cost was very competitive. Overall we are delighted with the result. I have no fear that if any issues did arise (unlikely) then they would sort it out without issue. I would definitely recommend this team and wish them well for the future.
