Absolutely amazing! So close to the city centre, nice atmosphere and most importantly the food was AWESOME! Would 100% recommend and I can't wait to go back again!! I only took 1 photo annoying after nearly eating all my chips, but the Holy Smoke Burger was epic!

Great food, even though I'm a carnivore the food was immense and so filling. Staff were lovely and attentive and atmosphere was amazing, only issue was some flying ants but can't blame that on the venue. Defo coming back

We absolutely loved the doner and fries. Salad was super fresh. All staff we encountered were lovely and the pub had a really relaxed vibe. Will definitely visit again when we are in the area!

A pleasant surprise, the place doesn't stick out much due to the other pubs and flashing lights along Mansfield road, but inside is a nicely decorated pub that makes you feel at ease, the staff are lovely and make great drinks. I have yet to try to food but it always smells amazing. Will visit often with vegan friends.

I've had many meals at The Golden Fleece in the past, catered by The Prickly Pear.This was the first time that we tried the Sunday Roast dinner.We were not disappointed!I had the crispy 'pork belly', and my mate had the roast 'beef'.It was outstanding! We were both extremely impressed with the quality of the food!The gravy was the best I've ever had! I'm not sure what goes into it or how it's made, but it was fantastic!! The only downside was that I could have done with just a little bit more in the small jug that came on the plate.All the food served is vegan, which might put some people off.I'm lucky, in the sense that I can eat all 3 types, meat, vegetarian, and vegan food.My mate is a vegetarian, so whenever we have vegan, I can tell him if it tastes like 'meat' or not.I prefer to eat vegan food whenever I can, as the taste and flavours are so much better.I couldn't be a full-time vegan, too much time reading checking labels, etc, when shopping, but when I eat out, I always make a point of trying vegan.If there are any meat eaters reading this, please do try a vegan meal sometime. It opens up a whole new menu choice!If you want to try a vegan meal for the first time, what better place than the Golden Fleece on Mansfield Road. They've never failed to disappoint me in the past.

A genuinely great (all vegan) pub. Food was far above and beyond pub standards and the beer was superb. Grace behind the bar was also charming and helpful. All in all could not recommend more and I look forward to going again.

Great food, friendly people, lovely place. We came here because we were looking for a place for a vegan lunch. After having a quick Google, this was one that had an entirely vegan menu! If we are ever around Nottingham again, we will definitely be back!! It was delicious! They also have a good gluten free selection.

The menu here is vegan, similar to many cafes and bars in the area, and I can't confess to being a huge fan of vegan alternatives. However, I did enjoy it here. The seitan was nice and was quite a pleasant alternative to meat. Decent meal for a decent price and a good range of pints and other drinks on tap. A pleasant surprise.
