Had a new engine fitted to my BMW 1 Series as my timing chain snapped, these guys are reasonably priced and know there stuff. I have had a few teething issues (not with the engine it self) and as soon as I have called them, they have been pleasant and out straight away to sort it. I must admit there after care service is second to non and I will be using these again, as and when I need them. They also make you feel that your not being a pain, even when you know you are. Top people and highly recommend.

terrible support. cant even help you with their own products.avoid.(edit in response to reply)I have emailed. Either you cant help or I couldn't explain the problem clearly enough but you have now ignored my past couple of emails(edit in response to my reply)nothing back from Bavarian Automotive. They said 'leaving reviews like this helps no-one', clearly a philosophy they follow in their own customer service and support.As I said look elsewhere if you need any technical support

My daughter had a 2010 Mini One with a dodgy gearbox. Phil provided a used gearbox with a new clutch and completed the work within a couple of days to an excellent standard, an oil leak was also identified and rectified.Really happy with both the work and the cost for the complete job - Thanks guys!

After initially taking my Mini to Phil and his team for an oil service the customer service was great. Shortly after I took it in for a clutch & dual mass flywheel replacement, the pricing was reasonable in comparison to other BMW/Mini specialists.The following day of having the car back an engine warning light appeared, I spoke with Phil and he came to my house and sorted the problem with no qualms. Super helpful guy can't fault their work.

Phil and his team have just replaced my 2014 3series engine with a second hand one and its brilliant, its never been so quite it drives like a new car they made a fantastic job of it. They are very patient and honest, not pushy and listen to what you have to say, they are just great, would give them six stars if l could.

I have been here a few times for parts and they have always been more than helpful, on this occasion i took my car up as i just couldnt get to the bottom of the problem, within 5 minutes the boss had nailed it and the cars running like a dream. Full of knowledge and again more than helpful. I have my car booked in for a pulley replacement and am more than happy to leave the car with them for the job to be done, full confidence as they were so great! 5* from me
