Rang Ben back in March, surveyed my property and gave me a quote for removal of ceilings and floor, booked him in and unfortunately had to postpone as I hadn't completed on the property, he was understanding and he was kind enough to re-arrange, the works they carried out were absolutely amazing, ceilings and floor all removed and the house was left spotless, I have been in the construction industry for over 35 years and Ben and his guys are true professionals, I couldn't thank these guys enough for the first class service they provided.Many thanks to you and your guys Ben. In summary - Ben and his team, Liam and another contractor, did a great job for our recently purchased Victorian house in N5.As a first buyer of an old house when we saw the survey report about asbestos we didn’t know where to start but just googled. And found so many different removal companies.I have reached out to more than 10 removal companies and decided to go for Accurate Asbestos Removals, not only because of their price but also because of Ben’s prompt response and price in his job.Our decision was right - it was done properly!!After I have spoken to Ben, I also found out there are surprisingly quite a few ‘cowboys’ who are doing the job in a low price but dumping the asbestos on the street. So we should not be trapped by the price but their job. Photos from Ben attached as well. He said they found this on the street, close to the school, so did it for free for the environment.Well done to you, AAR!!I will recommend you to all of our friends when they are looking for asbestos removal. Great experience from start to finish. Really happy with the service provided by Ben and his team. Ben answered all my questions beforehand and on the day the guys called an hour in advance to let me know exactly what time they would be arriving. A large section of ceiling was removed and then a thorough clean up was done afterwards. I was talked through the work that had been done and also the info on the certificate that they provided at the end. Not sure if I will need to have any other ceilings removed but if I do I will 100% be going back to Accurate Asbestos Removals. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Thoroughly professional service from start to end. I dealt with Ben who was really helpful and really knew his stuff. I called him on Monday to check my new house for Asbestos, he arranged access with the estate agent for Tuesday and called me straight after with feedback on the same day. I would highly recommend using Accurate Asbestos Removals, don’t bother looking elsewhere!

Jason, Liam and Ben organised the complete removal of our asbestos-roof garage and did a brilliant, efficient job. The guys on site were super friendly and knew what they were doing. They even helped me fill a skip with garage content which was above and beyond what we tasked them for. Would 100% use them again.

I’d like to thank Ben and he’s team at Accurate Asbestos Removals for a last minute call out on at Saturday morning, they took a look at what was asbestos and agreed to remove the asbestos on the Sunday as Ben and he’s guys where very busy that day.They turned up the following day (Sunday) and did what they do very professionally and taped of all areas to stop the asbestos from contaminating other areas of the house and neighbours.I’m very happy with the fast and professional service I received from Ben and he team and would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone that needs suspected asbestos to be looked at tested and removed.Again thank you Ben for your hard work.
