We first used this company several years ago to replace a broken motor. They came quickly and fixed the problem at a very reasonable priceToday we used their services again after a car drove into our garage door and damaged it.That crash was yesterday evening, it’s not even midday today and they’ve been round and fixed it at again a extremely reasonable price.Easily some of the best service I’ve ever received. Very deserving of their unblemished 5 start reviews. Thank you

Excellent service today from James. Unsure whether I needed a repair or new door but with expert advice the door was serviced and with a couple of new parts is working perfectly now. The cable snapped on one side of my garage door, at 7:30am, meaning I couldn’t close it. Not knowing who to contact, by luck the Google search led me here. How pleased I was?They were helpful from the first contact. James who came and fixed the door, was polite, friendly and so helpful. Door fixed at a reasonable price with advice on future maintenance by lunchtime the same day..Fantastic service, highly recommended. An outstanding service by James. Fixed fee. No 'new door needed' hard sell like some repair companies. And a really nice guy who did a truly professional job on a door that is getting a bit long in the tooth.

I contacted .. Garage Door Restore.. and left a message on their answer machine saying our door was jammed and kept coming off it's runners. Within about an hour I was contacted by them and gave my details. I then received a call from the engineer. He came around immediately and advised us about our various options. He recommended that instead of having a brand new door he could repair it for a very reasonable price. He stayed and repaired it .It now works beautifully, and runs very smoothly . Jay and James were such lovely honest, helpful people. There was no mess afterwards and it was like new, running on the original runners , the cable wires were renewed, runners cleaned, and regreased. Amazing service and all completed in a morning !! I highly recommend them . They will give good advice to the customer and in their best interests. No pushy selling. I can't praise them enough.

Garage Door Restore made the whole process as stress free as possible. Good honest quoting, no pressure selling, realistic time frames provided by Jay. Fitting took place when convenient for us. Lewis came back the next day to finish off the trim. All done to a high standard, felt like a valued customer.Couldn’t recommend them any more strongly.

James from WSM Garage Door Restore is an absolute star. He replaced a motor in our garage door in 2018. Unfortunately the other day (May 2022!) I managed to reverse into our door and damage it. I phoned at nearly 6pm and he answered, remembering my name and details from nearly 5 years ago. He came round at 10am the next day and within an hour everything was fixed and working with just a call out charge. I’ve rarely had such a good, honest, reliable, kind and friendly experience. I can’t recommend him enough. What a total gem. Thank you James!

I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Garage door Restore. They fitted our garage door a few years ago and came back to look at making it easier for us to use as we do suffer with arthritis. Very happy with my recently deceased garage door being brought back to life!Fixed on the same day I phoned by James who was great, and spent time after the repair to show us how to maintain its life in the future. Definitely worth the five stars.
