Had my bedroom furniture done through John also lounge and hall carpet plus, indoor mat by the front door job should have started mid dec, first visit from fitter xmas week, job completed end march, a disaster bedroom fitter cancelled 9 times, , mistakes on the ordering of bedroom furniture, wrong items sent, job was a nightmare, carpet fitter came back to relay the door mat, and prices very expensive, big mistake using tbis company, my mistake i trusted them.

Harper and Pye fitted a hall stairs and landing carpet in our new home. We were so impressed they quotedto fit karn dene in the kitchen and extension.The whole experience was terrific, the combination of flooring can be quite daunting, they made it easy for us by making suggestions to the layout. It worked so well with a subtle silver edging that follows the line of the kitchen units into the extension. It just links the two rooms, perfect.We would not hesitate to use them again.

John and his wife were so helpful. They were very welcoming and got my property carpeted and floored straight away. The fitter that came was fantastic. Such a lovely man who did a brilliant job. The prices were amazing. I will definitely use harper and pye again.

I called Harper and Pye and told them my budget for my shop floor and they were very accomodating and made sure I had what I needed within my budget. Absolutely love my vinyl flooring and customer service was fantastic. Would not go to anyone else if I need any of my floors doing. Highly recommend using them.

First used Harper & Pye for carpets in 1992. After all this time we have warn them out a bit. Just had laminate flooring laid in the lounge and hall to replace the carpets. The result is excellent. John was great and the fitter was excellent. Highly recommended.

This is a local family run firm that we've used over the past 20+ years, always 1st class service, installation and very competitive price. We've just had the lounge carpet replaced and the whole experience was stress free with a friendly efficient service from measurement to completion. We'll certainly be using them again soon and can't recommend them highly enough.

John and everyone at Harper and Pye have been amazing, they have a fabulous shop where we have always been spoilt for choice. We have used Harper and Pye on a few occasions now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. John is fabulous, and has remembered about ourselves and our house each time we have gone back. We love the way they go the extra mile, just as coming and measuring up when is most convenient for us and on one case when we were unsure of colours John brought the swatches to our house to see them within our home. The carpet fitters are fabulous too, we had a very tricky uneven floor between bathroom and landing, which the fitter was able to align and make wonderful. Excellent customer service from father and son duo. The simple process from measuring carpets, picking it out and to fitting. Very accommodating when it came to fitting affordable but good quality carpets to your liking and in such a short time frame, a special thank you to the carpet fitter for working over the weekend. I would highly recommend harper and pye very friendly individuals and great results very happy customer.
