Terrible service I paid £5 for next day delivery which never came or had even been dispatched. Staff did not care and neither did management. Awful service and attitude

Depending on the time of day you visit it can be busy, but I often order online to collect, staff are friendly and courteous. Good selection of in store items and can get those more obscure items next day. Bags of parking, but can get busy at times. Recommended.

Brilliant COVID precautions put in place, do and stand where you're told, it's so simple. Well done to the staff for making everything clear in these uncertain times. Order process as usual really easy and pickup was much the same. Very straightforward. Thanks again Screwfix.

Always good to order on line first and then go to pick up. Staff are helpful and polite. At certain times of day it can get busy and there can be a wait for your order, but generally service is quite prompt. If they don't have what you need they can normally have it for you the next day.

Always a pleasure when I have to visit Screwfix. The staff are friendly & Helpful.I visited with my wife today who mentioned to me that I had left my car keys on the counter. I replied, Its ok, the staff are nice here and wont steal them! This made the staff giggle and started a quick chat about people loosing car keys and is a prime example of why I always enjoy picking stuff up from here.Great Team - Well Done

Screw fix is excellent. If you need something quickly. If its in stock you can pick up within 5 mins and if its out of stock its usually at your local store for pick up within a day. Also have some competative prices!

Normally always a pleasure. Not today! Today there was one person on counter serving, one catching up on a backlog and wouldn't acknowledge anyone and no one knew where any of the staff were actually at. Not a good visit at all for a click and collect order!
