Food is good however customer service is consistently disgusting, and rude. Lack of respect for customer.

Avoid dining at this establishment due to serious hygiene concerns. During my visit, I observed several instances of unhygienic behaviour among the staff, including the cooks. These behaviours included sitting outside the shop and engaging in unsanitary practices such as picking their noses. Given what I witnessed during operating hours, I have genuine concerns about the cleanliness of the food preparation process, as I can attest that proper handwashing was not consistently observed before staff members returned to the kitchen.

The service was fine, nothing bad but not noteworthy, and the food was alright but not outstanding. The chips a little soft and the batter on the sweet and sour balls were either a little undercooked and pasty or a little overcooked and hard, but not bad.I liked that they offer a mixed sweet and sour ball option, although it's more expensive than any of the three (chicken, pork or king prawn) individually. You pay an extra quid for the pleasure of having a variety, but the same number of balls. Also there's a minimum spend on card payments, which really shouldn't be a thing these days, even the stingiest corner shop will sell you a single can of pop and let you pay on card, especially since contactless, and cash is rarely around since COVID.Overall, I'd not be shouting from the rooftops about the place, but if it was my closest Chinese and I was in the mood for one, I'd have no issues going there for my takeaway.

Top takeaway. Great food, great service, speedy cooking. I made a mistake with ordering to the Liverpool Street branch accidentally and staff were understanding and quickly amended my order free of charge. Would recommend.

Ordered salt and chilli chips. I got soggy chips with NO salt!! They used to do salt , crispy and flavoursome chips. Never again.
