Unfortunately our beautiful baby girl left us just a little over a week ago, she got picked up from the vets the day after we took her there. We called CPC Cares Cheltnam to inform them she had been dropped off at the vets and we were told she would be picked up the day after! She was picked up and she was then cremated 5 days later and arrived today (3 days after being cremated) in such a secure package which was very securely wrapped up. She came in such a beautiful box with a lovely little card which meant a lot!We also bought a perfect casket and also paid the extra to get the engraving which is so clean and shiny! We sure did get the amazing treatment she deserved and nothing but.Thank you so much to CPC Cares for the compassion and love you gave us through such a hard and difficult time for us all. You sure made it that little easier.

CPC Cares were appointed by our emergency vet to individually cremate our beautiful dog when he sadly passed away last month. The vet made all the arrangements directly, passing along our requests, and we were very pleased to see that both our pet and his cremation had been handled with care, compassion and dignity by CPC.CPC returned him to the vets in a beautiful wooden casket complete with his name engraved on a gold plaque, this was carefully placed within another box alongside a personalised card detailing his cremation (including the date and name of who cared for him) and packet of forget me not" seeds - a beautiful gesture

Lost my dog had to have him put to sleep. My vet st Georges in Wolverhampton could not have been any better really understanding and supportive also and very caring. We had him privately created by yourselves. And the return of his remains were in a beautiful wooden tube decorated with a bluebell scene and also the box he was returned in was in my opinion done with a great amount of professional care .thank you so much.

I can't thank you enough for your caring service.xx My beloved boy came home today in the most beautiful presentation box and bag ever. As if that wasn't enough, there was also a delightful sympathy card with touching verse, space for a photo and a Cremation Certificate inside. I will treasure them forever.

My baby passed away last week and the vets organised cpc care to handle her cremation. Does cpc actually care though? When I asked when my baby would be cremated so I could take a personal moment during that time due to the fact I couldn’t be there because their site in teweksbury was having building work done I was told no. I phoned them for an update following a week of radio silence, also extremely difficult to get through to, I spent the previous day stuck in the call queue 12th in line. I was then left a voicemail informing me my baby had already left them and was cremated over a week ago before I ever found out. CPC’s argument is is that the vets should have contacted me and informed me since they didn’t have contact information for me, I provided all the details under the sun to contact me with and as a company, you should approach the vets practice and tell them “we haven’t contacted her so maybe you should let her know”. My baby’s ashes were sat in a vets reception front desk for days when they should have been with me. The blame of all this falls equally with this company and the vets. Next time do better, you are dealing with the animals that have a huge place in your clients hearts.

Absolutely shocking service, would not recommend at all. My daughter lost her beautiful Labrador Lola two weeks ago. She paid for an individual cremation. She ordered a box with a plaque on to be returned to us with Lola’s ashes inside.Lola was cremated before the final requirements were confirmed. When speaking to a receptionist, it was confirmed they had Lola and that she would be cremated within 48 hours , now they had confirmation of my daughters requirements.Lola arrived back with us, ashes were in a scatter tube. When we rang and told them about the mix up in the box Lola arrived in. They, as a goodwill gesture refunded the money which was paid for the casket, and sent the box along with a polythene bag, we had to transfer Lola to the bag and box ourselves. Absolutely shocking treatment with such a delicate matter. We have requested a refund, but I think this complaint will be taken to an Ombudsman, or to the governing body of pet care business’s.Shocking company, no morals, no compassion, and certainly no customer service.
