Pro Gutter Cleaning

Phoned PGC on Friday afternoon to say I had a blocked gutter, water was soaking wall and coming through to inside wall. Graham said he would see if he could arrange a team for the next day. He phoned back 10 mins later to confirm 9am next day Saturday. He quoted for cleaning all the gutters which I wanted done. His guys arrived as agreed.They worked solidly for 4 hours cleaning and repairing all the gutters (which hadn't been done in 20 years) and I think they have done a great job (at half the price quoted by my builder). I'd certainly use them again.

I have a huge heavy duty sunken gutter which meant water was not draining away leading to cascading water at the front of the house and major leaks in front bedroom. Pro Gutter recommended installing a new downpipe. Workmen arrived and tackled the problem efficiently and without fuss. Very pleased with the result and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this company.

We needed a professional company to remove the ivy remains that were making the front of our house look disgusting!Graham and his team sent over two very professional guys who used very high powered water jets to do the job.In a matter of hours the house looked like new - I cannot thank them enough.I would recommend Pro Gutter to anyone else who is suffering from the same problem!

After making me wait for a week he never turned up to do the job as agreed. Never had the courtesy to phone me to cancel the appointment. He will not even answer his phone. Waste of time ! Got my own kit from Screwfix to unblock the gutter which costs the same as paying him for one job. Don't use him. Unreliable liar !

I filled in a form on their website on Sunday afternoon and I was sent an email confirming that someone would call that evening. The call came in and I was told that I would get a call in the morning from one of the teams.I got a call on Monday and they came on Tuesday morning, all-in-all a fantastic service. They even arrived early.The team got to work and the skies opened but it helped them see that they had fixed all the leaks.Very pleasant team, worked well together and put in replacement parts where they were needed. The rainwater is now going back down the drains instead of splashing against my windows.I'm very pleased with the results. Very easy to pay using bank transfers, they would accept cash or cheque too! :-)

As a self-managed block of flats in Wimbledon with a high hipped roof amongst trees and with a moss prone north east facing side we need to have our gutters and downpipes cleaned and unblocked on a regular basis.Pro Gutter Cleaners were very competitive for the cost of their initial visit which included carrying out any required repairs and their reasonably priced annual contract is just what we need. They have done a first class job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.Pro Gutter Cleaners have also jetted through our kitchen/bathroom drains as we get a regular build up of detergent which tends to clog these drains as well. Again we will have this done on a regular annual basis.

We received a good service from Pro Gutter cleaning. Graeme was helpful on the phone and the guys that turned up to clear and fix the guttering did a good job considering it was a nasty, wet, day! They also pointed out a potential problem with the top flat's roof terrace decking which was helpful. We would use them again.
