After my dad was discharged from hospital after an acute delirium we contacted Home Instead to help support my mum as he was less able to look after himself for a few weeks. Stephanie and Clare understood the situation completely and the carers treated both my dad and mum with respect and kindness. It was a huge relief to me and my siblings as we do not all live nearby.They communicated with us at all times and also understood when we stopped the care visits because my dad had improved.I would recommend Home Instead in Chesterfield and will not hesitate to ask for their help if we need to in the future.

I thoroughly recommend Home Instead Chesterfield. From the initial meeting and set up, through to the ladies who visited my Mum each day, everyone was kind, caring and thoroughly professional. Circumstances have changed and Mum has gone into residential care but, should anything change, I would immediately contact Home Instead to resume their services.

We have been using home instead since the beginning of 2021 for care for my mum in law at home.They also cared for my father in law for a short period of time until he sadly passed away.Throughout all of their communication with the family they have been polite,professional and the carers have been outstanding.They communicate daily to the family by an app so we are aware of how visits have been.Several times they have met our demands for additional care at short notice and not once have they let us down or been late.Cannot fault care they have provided at the very highest level.Would highly recommended this company.Brilliant service.Thank you.
