We sold our house through Evolve in summer 2020. Steve was very professional, honest and helpful, even answering calls on his day off! A very dedicated team (also Craig who did our viewings) and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They have good market knowledge and are good value for money. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

We had a great experience with Evolve when selling my partner's property.Steve in particular was amazing, calm, collected, yet absolutely on it when the conveyancers were a nightmare to get hold of. He liaised wonderfully with everyone involved, chased for us when we couldn't get anywhere, came up with a plan of action when it was looking like we'd never reach the finish line. Evolve have been beyond amazing. After my parents passed away mid sale of their property we were all a mess. Evolve reassured us and helped us. When the buyer pulled out they immediately got back on it again and found us a new buyer. And when it all seemed to be falling apart they liaised with all solicitors and made the whole process smooth and achievable for everyone. I’ve honestly never met a team who cares and helps so much. When we decided to obtain valuations for our house in July 2020, Evolve were one of the handful we invited out. We were visited by Ben and were pretty much sold on his enthusiasm and character that we were confident Evolve would be the ones to sell our home for us. We also chose Evolve as they facilitate later evening viewing appointments which worked better with our work schedule - something that other estate agents won't. Within a week of enquiry we had a valuation, professional photos and a live listing completed!Mark and Craig facilitated our viewings. They were extremely flexible with us, allowing us time to get home from work and take the dogs out of the way in readiness! After a handful of viewings and our house being on the market for just one week, we sold!Communication continued throughout the proceeding months whilst we searched for a home to purchase, mainly via email with Steve . Emails were always replied to quickly and often out of hours. Unfortunately our first house purchase fell through and we were back on the search. Our original buyers wanted to hang on and Evolve were great at keeping in touch with both them and I, offering reassurance.In the final leg of the journey, Steve was particularly helpful in communicating with our buyers on our behalf making sure that the completion date was achieved. He offered both us and our buyers practical and knowledgeable advice on how to work best with our solicitors, finally completing March 2021.Overall, Evolve are a friendly, local, knowledgeable and professional team who I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to family and friends. I don’t know where to start, Evolve is the best estate agent in Yeovil. Steve has been more than amazing. He helped so much to make the deal happened. He advised when needed.
