Mango Bikes

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I was told my bike would be delivered in 3 weeks. It's now been 7. No one is answering calls/emails/chat messages. The website is still trading and accepting sales, but the company is listed as 'Active proposal to strike off' on companies house. They're just scamming now and taking cash from people without sending out the orders.

So I've been riding mountain bikes and hybrid bikes all my life but due to dodge knees, I have had to knock some of my other sports on the head. I've decided to take cycling up a bit more seriously. So turned to a good friend of mine and asked the question What bike is for me and where do I start?" So after revealing my limited budget and my knack for ragging my other bikes. I received my bicycle today and it is amazing!A special thank you to Andrew who was ready to help in out of office hours after 11PM on Saturday!!! What a guy! Extremely smooth and easy process customise-buy-delivered! All team deserved to hear massive well done because of the service and bikes they provide! Well done, & good luck!

I have tried talking to the person that works at the company to avoid having to write this review, but unfortunately after ignoring my messages again and not having resolved our issues nearly 2 months after our purchase, I find myself obligated to let other people know they should not buy from this company. We purchased a bike on 25th January that was delivered on 21st of February because our order had gone lost and was never processed, in summary: our bike travelled from Ireland to London and back without us knowing and with no chance it could actually be delivered. Once we finally got the bike, it came with bent wheels, of course. I have been trying to get these replaced since February 21st. Don’t bother calling, no one will answer and the same for emails. I got a reply through Instagram, very professional, I was excited nevertheless. However it is now a day later and the guy disappeared after sending him the picture of the wheels I need replacing (and he confirmed he would replace). STAY AWAY!!!!

I recently bought one of Mango Bikes' clearance items - a raw, lacquered frame which I intended to build up into a single-speed.I rang them with a couple of questions before ordering - the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and my bargain frame was delivered a couple of days later.My frame is now built up and I will be taking it to Belgium over the summer where I will be riding it in and around Brussels as well as further afield into Flanders during my stay, posting my adventures on Strava and Twitter.Thanks Mango!

Both me and my husband ordered bikes from Mango and we love them!! 5 out of 5 for the bikes, ease of putting together and how pretty they are! However, as ordered in May and didn’t received until August, but I know this is a blip due to COVID and they are being transparent now about order times! The bikes are built to order so customers have to appreciate that we’re living in unprecedented times and they’re not just coming off a ship ready built! I would order again though and recommend with a speed warning right now.

Ordered my new bike from Mango Bikes and had the best experience! I emailed beforehand to ask questions and they replied so quickly to all of my queries and the customer service team were lovely.Being able to custom design the bike in all aspects and see the design on the customiser was brilliant to see all the colours together and figure out what I wanted (as I was very indecisive!).Once I placed my order I was kept updated along the whole process with updates on my order which just made me even more excited. Whoever is running the emails made me laugh with the funny shipping confirmation, order details emails etc - just a little thing that made the experience more fun.Before my bike arrived I also received an email with a link to a YouTube video to help me assemble my bike which made the assembly go so smoothly and allowed me to get going on my bike as soon as possible. The Allen keys included also helped massively!The bike itself is such good quality and I also bought accessories which are also brilliant and I will definitely be ordering any of my bike related things from them in future and would recommend them to anyone.Brilliant customer service, brilliant bike, and a brilliant overall ordering experience!

Ordered a single speed custom and got it exactly within the promised timeframe. Great pre-sales support to amend the tyres (decided to go for gator skins after the fact). No issues whatsoever with the bike and has turned out to be a great commute-machine.
