Staff are unmotivated and slow. Unwilling to do anything beyond the bare minimum after receiving payment. On our first appointment the technician did not turn up at all, and at the rescheduled appointment he turned up 1 hour late, with no apology.Performed the tasks and checks very slowly and without doing the initial checks. In the end we were given a fail for a very simple fix which would have taken 5 minutes had the technician cared enough to give us the information.We got the test done with another company instead, which was quick, efficient and cheaper. Avoid using this company unless you want to waste your time and money.
