The best conveyancing solicitors. 10/10!I was lead to believe that the worst part of a sale could end up being your solicitor, those people clearly didn't use Howells.I used Howells for two house purchases, one that fell through and another that completed. Through both they were incredibly helpful and patient. I tend to lean heavy on the emails and phone calls, not once did it appear I was bothering them, they were always patient and helpful to me.Emails and answerphone messages were answered in a timely manner and all my questions were answered.I had most of my interactions with Sara Miles and Georgina Rees who handled my case. They were fantastic and made the long and stressful sale much easier to deal with. If you are lucky enough to get them you will sail through the process.If I ever need legal assistance again, I know who to trust.

Cery's and her team were patient throughout a very very protracted purchase seeing multiple properties fail to complete for one reason or another, I found there to be plenty of communication and information as and when required and, in the end, at the final hurdle together with colleagues she totally pulled the completion out of thin air on her day off, I couldn't have asked for more or better, I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Howells in the future. 10/10

Absolute joke off a company, drags their feet and lost me a sale on my property because their lack off communications. 140 thousand pound they have lost me . Due to laziness.Also telling me they would call the other party and to get back to me with whats happening and yet again nothing.What a complete and utter waste off time.

I dealt with Howells 7 years ago when I purchased my first house and had a positive experience, so much so that I re-engaged recently for the Conveyancing on two buy to let purchases.
