I recently exchanged my car for a new model. My experience of dealing with Western Volkswagen was excellent throughout. The sales executive was helpful throughout and made the change of car very seamless. I would not hesitate going back in the future and recommend Western VW to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Hi , Very happy with last 7 new cars from Western. Last 2 Electric cars from David Selkirk.Due to Covid and car delays extra work was needed and David was more than happy to go more than the extra mile to help me and many other customers.David was always quick to reply to emails and requests for help, result we now have id3 and an id5 GTX , both great cars and well worth waiting for.In short I highly recommend David and Western for VW cars and will go back to trade in when time is right.ThanksMichael.

My experience at Western VW was excellent. David was really helpful and friendly. I went in initially with lots of questions and he answered all of them for me and I ended up ordering my new Polo that day. He took me through the whole process patiently and kept me informed regularly about the progress of my order. The showroom is bright, clean and inviting with plenty of available staff ready to be of assistance. This is my second experience in this showroom and both times I have been delighted with the service, communication and professionalism of all the staff. I am very pleased with my new car and the presentation of it on the day of collection was absolutely perfect. If you’re after a Volkswagen then this is the place to go, just make sure you ask for David Selkirk. I’ve bought two cars off him and both times he’s provided outstanding service. My most recent purchase, a new T-Cross, was completed in three days. David was in the garage on his day off and stayed on to help me. I needed a car asap and he went out of his way to get me on the road (a lot quicker than I thought I would be). From start to finish he has been extremely professional and helpful. I’d been off the road for a couple of years due to a medical condition and David even had the patience to sit in the car with me whilst I drove it round the garage to make sure I could still drive! Since I’ve purchased the car, and made it out on to the road, I’ve emailed a few questions and they were answered within minutes. I have no doubt that if I need any questions answered in the months to come David will happily oblige. I’ll definitely be back here for my next car.

When you go to buy a used car you need to be able to trust the person you are dealing with. Is he likely to be approachable if anything went wrong ? I have bought 3 Used cars from David Selkirk at Western VW at Fort Kinnaird and one new car last month. David has always been excellent. Professional, helpful and trustworthy I wouldn't go anywhere else.
