This is by far the best Subway that I have ever been to. The staff members are always by far the nicest and most helpful and the food is a lot better quality than other Subway’s.I have a gluten intolerance and the staff here are very helpful and always take extra care when preparing my sub or salad.Great demonstration of customer service and always happy to help. I would definitely recommend coming to this Subway if in Crawley and hunting a sub!

Was missing all three drinks, asked thedriver and he was not given any drinks. Healso asked the restaurant before leaving ifthere were drinks, which they respondedno. Yet on the receipt it clearly stats 3drinks.We also were missing two sides from twoof the meals, one sub was mostly sauce nomeatball.Will not order again.

Place is a mess since new staff took over, nothing is fresh, bread is rock solid days old, used for many years but now it's over, AVOID!

Since the new staff joint recently Gatwick road subway food not cooked properly and staffs not quick enough to make the food ready.

Ordered with Subway and had a missing cookie, drink and crisps that I was charged for. Called them and they said we could go and collect it… if we wanted to do that we wouldn’t have ordered a delivery. Shocking service. Took about 30 calls to actually to get through to them.

DON’T use the app!!! Even though I select the branch I want to collect it from it sends it to the location closest to my home address (I.T. Doing it’s job well as usual)!!! So you turn up the branch you selected and it’s not there. They apologised but won’t make your order you have to go to the branch it’s at. Obviously it’s paid for already so no choice but to drive 10 miles to the wrong branch. Now I’m sitting here eating what’s meant to be a toasted roll but it’s like eating a wet sponge. Mmmmm, NOT. Waste of £30. Never again SH1TWAY

Normally get very good service when i visit almost every week day morning. Would normally give a rating of 4, maybe 5. But at 07.35 on 12/12/23 I was told by a member of staff who I have not seen before that this subway was not open, despite the lights being on and opening time on door stating the branch opens at 07.00. There was a delivery at the time. The sandwich artists in the past always continue serving during deliveries, as the drivers know where to put the various items. The on this morning the driver looked very surprised by this refusal of service.

As usual Subway quality food is fresh and tastes amazing however we won't be returning to this particular branch. The lady behind the counter that made our sandwiches was very unhelpful and rude. If you like Poor customer service , short tempered staff with an attitude that can't wait to find the opportunity to talk amongst them selves then this is the place to go.

Terrible place to eat. Staff don't know how to make a decent sandwich, piling the meat and salad in the middle of the bread. Very disappointed!!!
