Ordered fish n chips, junior chicken burger and a drink. Burger was average.For fish n chips, The batter coating was too much compared to fish quantity and it was too greasy. Was very expensive compared to the quality and quantity what we received.

This hit the spot, everything was well cooked and tasted great. Staff were very nice and friendly. Couldn't ask for better for setting you up for a feed of pints. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again. Cheers 5 stars

Battered patie are great could be drained slightly but apart from that they're excellent could do with a little more chips

I've been here twice and have been pleasantly surprised. It's definitely one of the better places we've been to in Northern Ireland since moving here. One time the batter on the fish was outstanding and another time it was pretty good. The only strange thing is the permanent requirement to pay by cash?

So I've been a long time customer ordering my 8 goujons with garlic mayo. In recent times I've ordered the cod and I've ordered the chicken burger. Unfortunately the app won't allow me me purchase 8 goujons anymore or a maxed out chicken burger or a full on cod supper.As a 3+ year regular customer being denied my favourites I have only one conclusion to draw. They want money more than customers.As a professional chef I can only tell you, the volume of customers these days won't match the extra money you can charge the regular customers for high end quality. Its a shame to see a great establishment go under.

Just had a Christmas chip and it was absolutely delicious. And the burgers are the best on the road. Can’t wait to go back.

Ordered fish supper tonite and asked for a big fish as I was sharing. They supplied me with fantastic pieces of fish. Absolutely lovely and it was served within minutes. Bowled over by standard of food and service!!!!

I ordered from here last month for the first and last time hands down one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had. Firstly the card machine was broke we had to leave to get cash, this wouldn’t be a big deal if it was the only issue but it was just the start of the shambles. We ordered a veggie burger, a kids fish bites meal, x2 battered sausage hot dogs and chips, cheese and taco. We ordered in person and it took almost an hour, I sat there for at least 45 minutes and not a single member of staff apologised even when I got the order there was no apology for the wait. I over heard the conversations between the staff and it was clear the hold up was because someone forgot to tell someone to put the sausages on, the man cooking was clearly annoyed about this as he was swearing about it, this felt very awkward. I heard the woman at the till remind him they were battered, when we got home, they were in fact not battered. Veggie burger was cold, fish bites were over cooked. I also had to remind staff that the child’s meal came with a drink and no one gave me one or asked what I wanted. £32 odd for that experience honestly feels like a scam. To top it off after I messaged their fb page my message was ignored, the manager commented on my tripadvisor review in attempts to salvage their reputation advising they were away atm and would respond within 2 weeks. I was ignored again. Not a single care about customer outcomes.
