I would very much recommend Cygnet Family Law to anyone, they're brilliant at what they do! Me and my wife sold our property last year and bought a new build and used Vicci Mcgee as our corresponding solicitor.She made the process flawless, always keeping us updated whenever she could. If she was ever busy or out of office, her secretary Kath would always support in Vicci's absence.An absolute pleasure to have worked with Vicci and would never hesitate to be a client in the future.

Good place for legal stuff, bought house with them. Keep you up to date and the fees are good. Nice people work there.Would recommend.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Purchased my first flat and used this firm which came recommended. I had absolutely ZERO contract with my person of supposed contact, never answered the phone or even email. Couldn't even get a phone call which is pretty horrific. My purchase didn't end up going through and I was hit with massive abortive fees. So not only did they do no work for me, they also charged me for it. I would avoid at all cost and maybe go for a company that may actually respond to you, not only when asking you to pay a bill. Truly awful company.

We used Cygnet to sell our home, our conveyancer Sarah was excellent, she kept us updated throughout and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend Cygnet.

Met James, he was wonderful giving me the free consultation on divorce proceedings. The admin staff at the reception were approachable and friendly.

Why didn’t I read the adverse reviews before I retained this firm. Absolutely appalling service. Simple request to produce a court compliant consent order, after my wife and I had agreed everything. Not good enough for Cygnet Law. They seem to forget that we are now in the world of non blameworthy divorces. After 2 months of procrastination and telling me not to contact my wife, they then turn round and say it’s too complicated and they can do nothing else for me. Took £360 out of my £500 retainer for the privilege of producing nothing. When the eventually returned my £140 they even made out the cheque to the wrong person! Delayed my divorce for two months!! The incompetence of this company beggars belief. And don’t bother complaining to one of the partners. They don’t return your calls. Take my advice, go elsewhere!

Danielle smith was our solicitor for buying our house and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. She answered every question I had (and I had a few!!) and always got back to me promptly. My house went through very fast and the keys were given to us super early on completion day. Thank you so much ☺️
