Appalling. Avoid at all costs. Took ages, never returned calls and cost as much as a new appliance in the end. The management are rogues.

Initial visit prompt but shocking service thereafter. Waited for week second appointment and had to keep calling office to remind them my oven was still not fixed! At second visit repair man didn't realise he was returning to job so didn't have the spare part. He disappeared saying he would go and get it and didn't return. No call to say. At third apptointment oven eventually mended although only due to quick thinking by electrician who happened to have spare part on him as incorrect part had been ordered by office. Whole process took six weeks. No compensation despite us having to take three days off work to wait in for electricians!! Cannot recommend .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had an emergency booked and had to pay someone to wait from 1-6pm. I have just phoned the company to be told there was a glitch in the system and that noone could go out until two days' time. They were not in the least bit apologetic.
