From the day i registered with these guys they have gone above and beyond to make sure both me and my partner chris have the care and attention we need they are always quick and efficient with everything all the receptionists are amazing friendly and kind and dr kimji (forgive me if i spelt it wrong) is the best doctor ive ever had he is so kind gentle and understanding thank you to everyone at the practice

It is not my gp but I still had to go there for my baby check, first impression when I entered this surgery it was already bad by looking at the state of the gp and when I was speaking to the receptionist they were just disrespectful like they wanted to get in the argument telling me I don’t belong here and there’s no appointment for me when I clearly had a text message from gp with address time and date on it. However, she told me I should wait in the waiting area, after 45min of waiting in a hot weather inside with a new born that kept crying. I got anger and went back to the reception and there was a different lady and I asked how long can I wait there with a new born, and the receptionist told me that I wasn’t meant to wait in main area I was meant to wait in the other area by the midwife’s office, when clearly the other lady me showed me where to wait. It’s the worse gp ever

SAME AS ID GIVE ZERO IF POSSIBLE.Needed simple abscess dressing changed daily after an operation .They asked me to give it a week then can go in!Huge risk of re infection now so huge thankyou to the keys family practice, it’s laughable really when surgeon gave me the letter and said I needed to go to my doctors for help I was concerned.I’ve been so I’ll over past 3 years and still wouldn’t bother calling them , never been disappointed and let down so much by a service!Trust me I’ve been to many places and this is by far the worst, they make you more poorly rather than better.Avoid signing up with them at all costs, your health depends on it!

Daughter came with my one year old granddaughter she was 4 minutes late doctor refused to see her even an old lady in front bless her was willing to give her appointment up so my granddaughter could be seen but was told that was not possible shocking tbf

A very good GP practice. We have seen Dr Patel, Kimji, Mahmood and Sangha and have always been happy with diagnosis/ help and patient care. I personally always request Dr Sangha as my kids have saw her the most and are very comfortable with her. She knows my kids and their conditions well and is extremely helpful, thorough and always give the best practical advice and doesn't over prescribe. I have also had good experiences with the nurses and other staff at this surgery. It has really improved over the years and I would say it's now a good GP surgery personally, I feel they listened to the patient feedback and made some good changes. We have regular GPS, the prescription service is better and very easy to use booking an appt is much easier. The e consult service is much better and works well for us, the response time is great.

No idea where to go when arrived , we had to find our own area , my wife went here after the manor stopped physio . There where double doors on the entrance we found hard to get a wheel chair over the floor , inside the doors didn’t hold open , you needed help to hold the doors , the staff where nice but the whole place didn’t look welcoming and needed brightening up . Physio patients where all called in one room with four beds there was no privacy between each . On the whole it was not what I was expecting . NHS Being cut back to the bone . This is not a reflection on the staff , it was the building itself . The outside is unkept and over grown , the inside is clean but so drab . Very surprised over all . I’ve heard since that the physio team are moving !

I'm with these never new such a bad doctor's I'm not ill very often but since the lock down they are a waste of time you can never see or even speak to a doctor my mom's doctor's you can phone in the morning and your in there in the afternoon wish I could go there but to faraway if you're looking for a doctor's don't come here

If I could do zero stars I would.This surgery is an absolute joke, I'll be leaving immediately.111 have referred me twice and they tell me the surgery is full. With who? There is never anyone in there. Don't waste your time if you're thinking to switch. You'll be disappointed or die waiting to be seen.

Update... I've doubled my star rating to 4* all staff I've dealt with are helpful and friendly. I use the NHS app to make appointments and order prescriptions.I recently had a poorly foot. I filled the form in online at 8am I had a call back just after midday and given an appointment for 3pm. All on a Monday morning.I've never had to wait more than 10mins to be seen. Myself and my daughter use the practice and are both happy.In my opinion the reviews maybe dated and no longer relevant.May 2023I've recently signed on here, and I've heard so many complaints. Hopefully it's not a reflection on the level of care, and its only bad admin.Phone's not being answered, prescriptions not ready, that kind of thing.The staff are all friendly and polite when I've been in.I'll update my reviews when I have more information. Hopefully I won't be needing their services too soon.May 2020

I have been a patient here for 7+ years. I haven’t really ever had an issue getting an appointment. I especially find the online system easy and quick to use. I get a call back same day or the next day from a gp.
