I needed a hing and handle repair for my bathroom widow. David arranged to assess the job and called back within the day with a quote. David and his colleague fixed the window, efficiently and to a high standard. David is a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly contact Eclipse in future for new doors / windows and was very satisfied with the repair of my window.

We have used eclipse windows for a bedroom window installed as well as ground floor bay repair which was leaking.This company have been amazing with us from start to finish. Duvi came round gave us a quote and set a date for the install. He also had a look with his fantastic colleague at the bay and spotted the issues right away.The customer service was fantastic. Polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They even hoovered the bedroom after they had finished. They also removed all the old timber from the Bay Area which was replaced with upvc panels.We were very happy with the completed works.I would not hesitate to recommend and use eclipse windows again. Fantastic service all round.

Tell you what... this guy David knew exactly what I needed and advised me with his experience and expertise and supplied a low fitted toughened unit with the required applicable health and safety regulations safety glass and e glass to replace an under sized , not toughened and not E glass by Onward Homes Group. and their subcontractors Mears ( without prejudice) .I highly recommend this service. Excellent. Thank you very much. Just be honest and ask if you don't know they will tell you how it is and you CAN trust them.Thanks Davu.
