Couldn't disagree more with the previous bad review. I purchased a car from them about 5/6 month ago. Had a problem with it through no fault of theirs and the lads went above and beyond to help. Took my car in on a Friday and they had the 2 jobs fixed by Tuesday. They even waited long after closing for me to pick it up as I couldn't get there on time.Highly recommend!

Absolutely friendly honest people. Just bought a vw polo for my son. All as advertised nothing hidden from us and no pressure at all to buy. We were left to check the car out and test drive it. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Customer service was spot on. Answered all questions we wanted to ask. Definitely coming back for myself. Thank you from a very happy mother and son.

Very Bad and unpleasant experience. Bought a car that is not performing optimally yet they refused to help me. Poor customer service indeed. Never been treated this badly all my life.

Purchased a car in April, they gave me a 12 warranty instead of 6 to offer extra reassurance.On my way to Northampton there was an issue with the car. The AA came out and said the car was fine. It was not. There was a small leak in the coolant. This caused a new engine to be needed due to the AA negligence. Andy and his team have assisted me every step of the way. Collecting the car and running around for all the AAs demands. It has been a long 7 months but eventually everything is sorted. The after sales care and support is absolutely excellent.
