Universal Tyres

I bought a new tyre. The Tpms came on and the fitter said it would go off after a few miles. 400 miles later it was still on. My local garage said the fitter had broken it. Universal Tyres refused to pay to have it replaced. Avoid an expensive experience

Quick in and out...Though they had no cable ties for my hub caps so they drop a star...And... they gave me the same story about how they have run out last time as well...Beginning to think they lie about ever having any stock cable ties..

Saved my day. The tyre on my car had what I thought was a puncture. Literally drove there once my TPS light came on.Turned out the tyre wall had split due to possible potholes esp on low profile tyres.They didn’t have the tire in stock and would have needed to order it.Having just coming to London for a day visit, I could not wait and I needed the car literally within the next hour.There was a Polish mechanic and a Romanian gentleman who guided me to a nearby tire company that may have my tire in stock.Upon investigation, they had the tire. I purchased it picked it up and bought it back to the Depot. The guys were able to fit the tire for me so that I did not damage my car, and waste any more of my valuable time today.They were swift, efficient and extremely polite. I am so happy and thankful for the team who were working today and their assistance to allow me to carry on with my journey.

I was stranded with a flat tyre this morning at a petrol station. I spotted a tyre van with, as it turned out, Jason filling up + asked for his help. He instantly said yes . A very kind deed, he was brilliant. So often these days no one is willing to just help another, not Jason, he came to my rescue. A really cheerful and decent guy. Thank you very much.

Found Universal Tyres on google after my daughter's two nearside tyres were slashed. Superb and over and above the norm customer service. Fixed the tyres super fast at a time convenient to her and even waited until she arrived so she could move the car before it happened again.Simon and the tyre fitter were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the tyres and fitting were a really reasonable price. Brilliant company, can't rate them highly enough....Use them!!Thank you both so much :))....Don't park your car on Toulmin Street, SE1, in the C2 bay opposite the building site unless you want your car tyres slashed....
