Back for our annual trip to New Forest & back to New Forest Cycling. Incredibly helpful staff. We came in with 6 kids of varying ages, and the staff were so patient and helpful. Bikes very well maintained and we enjoyed using the trailer and tag along options to accommodate our 3 younger kids. We had a great day, and will definitely be coming again

I really enjoyed the 2 times in 3-4 days - between about 19th and 22nd July,l - when I hired a bike from these guys, to do 2 of the 9 recommended cycle routes.On the first occasion, I was very satisfied with the way the staff helped me choose the best/right bike for me - an apparently £600 mountain bike - for the mistly gravel terrain forest route I had planned; they were very careful etc., to make sure it was the right size for my height, and to help me adjust the saddle to the optimum height for me, and to show me how to adjust it further if necessary. They were also very thorough/good, at helping me choose a good helmet, which was just the right size to comfortably fit my head.The bike - with great front firk suspension - coped really well with the mostly gravel terrain, and was a pleasure to ride. The cost for this bike to hire from about 9.30am to 5pm was about £22.50; I consider this money well spent/good value.On the second of my days hiring a bike from them, a couple of days later, I chose one of the easier/flatter routes. The guy who served me, told me that it would be cheaper for me this time, because I was hiring the bike after about 2pm - only 'half' a day - and they were not too busy etc., so they would only charge me about £16.50; this was a pleasant surprise to me.When I showed them photos, that I had carefully taken - from the first day I had hired a bike from them - of both the bike and helmet, including sizes, they were quickly able to provide me with the same bike and helmet. When I later phoned them, to say that I would miss their 5pm deadline, of returning the bike to them, they were cool with this, and said it was okay as long as I was back by 5.30pm, whilst they were still tidying up etc., which thankfully I was.Actually they had previously said to me, that as long as people brought their hire bikes back by 9.30am the following morning, ready for other people to hire them, it was also fine; not being an early riser, I did not want to consider this option.My overall opinion: good HONEST/TRUSTWORTHY tradesmen, with great customer care, quality bike/s, and fare/good value bike hire prices. I will use them again when I'mbL next in the area, and would recommend them to anyone.

We really enjoyed our day out in New Forest.. we rented 2 ebikes and 1 mtb, the New Forest cycling staff were very attentive and helpful..he make sure we are happy with what we ask for.Highly recommended

Great bikes, with the perfect location to have a great day out in the New Forest. Easy to get to and can park in the car park behind. Friendly and helpful staff for a good price too.
