Dreadful. Been like this the last twice. Ordered a mixed nan kebab, asked for salad and sauce on it, got neither except a tiny cold tub of sauce that was so watered down that it soaked through the nan bread and then through the box. Jesus H Christ. Furthermore, one small tub is not even nearly enough for such a large box. Don’t even ask if the sauce was spicy. The lamb meat was like rubber. It also arrived cold. If I wanted to eat terrible food, I’d just eat my husband’s food as it’s free. That’s the last we’ll be getting food from here. Ridiculous.

Ordered a delivery. Only good point about this order was delivered on time.Chicken Madras - not what you'd expect from a madras. Tasted like a tin of tomatoes loaded with chillies. No other distinguished tasteMixed Kebab - so salty it was inedible!Garlic Nan - soaking and soggy in parts. Other parts still had lumps of unmelted garlic butter.Total waste of money.Definitely won't be back

The first time I ordered a mini mixed grill it was amazing last night I ordered one more I wanted the tandoori chicken the chicken tikka the lamb tikka donner meat chicken chaat curry sauce chips & rice but I sed to the boy I want to bye the nan bread separate so that was costing me £16 when I got home I had no rice so called and sed I had no rice so went Back to get the rice and I was charged an extra £3.50

Got battered sausage and chips, chips weren't cooked properly and we're disgusting, and batter on sausage was more like wallpaper paste it was awful. After driving for 13 hours and thus place was ment to be good and it was a fair drive back to my Premier Inn I am extremely disappointed

Absolutely shocking , ask for chicken korma with rice and sent korma sauce without chicken and then had the cheek to say that’s what I’d ordered although they charged me for it then hung up the phone when I complained , will never be back place Is an absolute rip off

Usually really enjoy the food and ordered tonight as my daughter chose Shahs. Made order via website and unfortunately chips were missed in our order. Phoned and they sent some out within 20mins...however these were the worst re-fried chips ever. Not sure if they thought we were not genuine or if this is deemed acceptable to them however they were inedible. Poor service from a normally good takeaway. Will not order again quickly as a result. Very disappointing

Usually order from here all the time but the past few times it’s been awful. Tonight my order was wrong, cold and around an hour 30 to get to me. Phoned up to be told sorry we only have one driver, if that’s the case then the website should notify you to which I would have ordered somewhere else. Taking peoples money knowing you’ll be sending food out to customers cold is just poor. Won’t be back which is gutting. Glory days of shahs is over I reckon. Sad times.

Usually really like meals from here but tonight just not up to par. Ordered a mini mixed grill which usually has donner meat none to be seen. Chicken not good. Sauce and nan good.
