Excellent service, super friendly staff!

Very disappointed with this service. We dropped off a load of washing and paid £30 just for one load! Some items came back unwashed, stained, still smelling, discoloured and an item missing. I emailed them directly asking for a solution and they said they would get back to me. I followed up and never heard a response. I would not recommend.

Deceitful, disrespectful, dishonest and unprofessional, stay clear with any garments you value. I wasn’t going to write a review but with having just celebrated our first wedding anniversary I was reminded of how utterly disgusted I was at the treatment of my beautiful wedding dress by the owner of the establishment. My dress was handled with the utmost disrespect and was completely ruined in their unprofessional hands. I engaged the services of the small claims court and was compensated after a long process of denials of responsibility on their part. My dress will never be restored, at least I have the memories. Please do not take any garments you value to them to clean, they are completely untrustworthy.
