I loved everything about this experience! All - atmosphere, people, appetisers, mains, desserts and wine - amazing! This place honestly made me rethink all 5 stars I’ve ever given to other restaurants - definitely coming back!

Loved my visit here. The food was delicious (I'd recommend the ravioli) 31 of us were there and the food was all prepared to the highest standard with minimal wait time. Will definitely be back.

Phenomenal! Lured to the place by great reviews I can say everything I've read on Google about it was true or even better.I called to make a booking and phone was answered by nonchalant Italian guy talking in a mix of Italian and English, felt great vibes from him immediately.Upon arriving to the restaurant, we were quickly presented with a choice of available tables and served water immediately once sat down. All waiters were very attentive, frequently checking on us and joking a lot. Table next to us was celebrating a birthday and tiramisu was brought to them by 4 staff members, who non-verbally communicated to everyone around what's going on. Quickly all guests around joined in to sing Happy Birthday song, you could tell everyone felt at ease and was vibing together with the staff.Now, food. AMAZING! Everything we ordered was delicious, but if I had to suggest what items you must get these would be:Salted noughnuts - the biggest revelation of the night, crunchy on the outside with a melting dough inside topped on a bed of insanely aromatic marinara sauce. It's one of the cheapest starters on the menu and our entire party agreed it was the best thing we ordered.Arancini - full of flavour, fresh and crunchy. I would suggest to skip the spicy mayo and just let it dissolve in your mouth, you won't regret it.Superma - deep-fired pizza dough topped with cinnamon sugar and ice cream. As good as it sounds. I normally never order desserts, but it will be a must-have for all of my future visits.Pizzas, pastas and meat were great as well. £29 bottle of wine was one of the best whites I've had, coulnd't have enough of it.It was the best service I've experience anywhere. It was the best Italian food I've had (mind that I hadn't been to Italy). At the same time it was very reasonibly priced, significantly cheaper than Italian places in Northern Quarter/Ancoats, yet with even better food.

Authentic Italian with a modern tweak.Went for the first time on Saturday night......great food backed up with great service.Amongst the best Italian dishes I've had outside of Italy, their passion is obvious in the care they take.We will be back!

We have been here a couple of times now and loved it. We came most recently for the Sunday roast. We arrived early and were kindly seated with menus in a nice area at the back of the restaurant until our table became available. Despite being busy the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was delicious with vegan options for me and my 2 year old daughter. :)

Absolutely love this place always such amazing food and great service. You couldn't ask nicer people or better food.Me and my partner saved up going here for a special occasion but its so reasonably priced we intend to make it a more regular thing.

Always a wonderful visit!Today, we had the Sunday roasts and they were absolutely delicious (and great value). The vegetarian filo parcel was such a great vegetarian offering too. The cauliflower cheese was outstanding as well. The staff are so nice and warm genuinely caring about the customer experience.Can’t wait to visit Cibus again.
