Incredibly disappointing customer service. My conservatory is less than two years old and leaking so badly that I am concerned the roof may collapse. Phoned Style and they informed me that as I moved to the property after the conservatory was purchased the 10 year guarantee isn’t valid and despite telling them I was concerned with roof collapse they insisted they wouldn’t be able come out for two weeks and would charge at least £150 just to look at it.

Terrible follow up customer service. The lady in the office was consistently rude and unhelpful, ignoring my pleas for proper paperwork to show the electrical fitments were lawfully fitted. Used this company for two major jobs but won't ever use them again.

A warning to don't use Style of Brandon, windows and ConservatoriesBeware they do not honour their guarantee15 months ago they installed a conservatory roof for us.3 months ago green mould started to appear between sheets of the double glazingSo far the company has refused to come out to inspect the mould or take any responsibility.The 10 year guarantee is unless! Stay away from them.

Windows and doors were great. Proffesional fitters. 10 year guarantee okay for Door locks but nothing else. Extremely rude receptionist. Would never recommend.

Thank you to Style Superior Windows & Conservatories Ltd. The anthracite coloured windows installed last week look absolutely fantastic. They were fitted whilst we were on holiday. I must say we were really impressed with how immaculate our property was left. Great job guys. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone.

I have a window locking mechanism that has broken on one of their windows. Found to be a cheap non branded item that wouldn't normally fail if built well. I phoned up asking if they stock replacements, but was met with a rather rude lady on the phone telling me that I needed a new handle or she could send someone from sales round. I will be building a large extension in the next few months and won't be using this company! Getting your staff or family to write reviews below isn't entirely helpfil either (Mr Pitt - you can't review when your e-mail address is listed as a contact on the website!)

If I could give no stars I would have done. Customer service is non existent, having spoken to them about a 2 year old conservatory that leaks like a sieve they will not honour the guarantee because it was on the property when we purchased it. So we didn't get it done. They won't transfer the guarantee to us not even at a charge, they wont answer emails or arrange to come round and rectify it and charge us. So good luck anyone who has a problem with their stuff and never buy a property with their stuff fitted. It's rubbish.

Today we had 7 new Windows fitted by Style superior windows. We placed the order on 2nd July and so it only took 4 weeks from order to fitting. A team of 4 guys arrived at 8am and were all finished by mid afternoon. No mess at all. Very polite Guys. The new windows look great Highly recommend
