Really disappointing. Horrendous service and with a very bad job done. As soon as the money has been transferred for the call out, no one cares and you are left waiting and chasing for someone to deliver what has been paid for. Absolute scam! Do not use this service!

Call out payment was made online as requested. After that, no one turned up for nearly a week and that was after phoning them every day. When the inspection was done on the dishwasher and the mashing machine, I was told to wait for a quote. Another week went by and nothing. I called every day to get it fixed as I had made the initial payment and did not want to abandon the service (as stressful as it was) but got abused and shouted at by a staff over the phone for being impatient. Nightmare!

Excellent sale and service. I am a long standing customer of D R Electrical, and have enjoyed very good service. Helpful, know about the appliances and efficient. I look after a large number of properties for many landlords and estate agents, and very often need an appliance 'now'. I have not been let down yet. I recommend D R every time. Def 9/10 ( I had to deduct a point because they're always busy,....)

My dishwasher has not been working right for a number of weeks. The engineer came to assess the problem. He was very helpful and discussed all of our options with us. When I’ve spoken to the team in the office/sales room I’ve had a really positive, helpful response. Their prices are competitive to others but their customer service is far greater than similar companies!

Had an issue with my Meile dishwasher. Phoned DR and an engineer came the next day. Issue solved. Excellent service.

Phoned up for a quote, got spoken to like dirt. Very patronising and rude and that was before I'd used them for any help. Needless to say this helped me make my decision to go elsewhere. The price i was quoted felt wrong too. Went elsewhere and for a 6th of the quoted price my appliance was repaired.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by DR Appliance for the repair of my washer/dryer, specifically regarding the replacement of the door seal. Despite making a full payment, the company assured me that the necessary part would be ordered promptly and the repair would be completed within 2-3 working days. However, it took an unexpectedly long duration of 7 working days to address the issue.To my disappointment, when the engineer finally arrived, they seemed dissatisfied with something and engaged in a complaint-filled conversation with the company over the phone. Subsequently, the door seal was replaced, but upon closer inspection, a noticeable gap between the drum and the seal became apparent. Concerned that either the wrong part was installed or it was not fitted correctly, I promptly contacted the company to request a prompt visit for further examination.Regrettably, when I made this request, the company refused to accommodate my concerns and declined to send someone to investigate the issue. It was only after my insistence that they threatened me, stating that if their representative did not identify any errors, I would be responsible for the expenses incurred during the visit.This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by DR Appliance. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not their priority, and their treatment of customers has been nothing short of distressing. I strongly advise against utilising their services, as they have demonstrated a disregard for delivering quality results and treating customers in a respectful and professional manner.
