They Love It Dog Food

If you want to feed the best quality raw possible to your dog from a family business that cares about your canine friend as much as you do then this company is for you. Lucy & Richard have been supplying my Great Danes there dinners for well over 10 years and not once have I ever had a issue. There tripe is fluffy & not sloppy, there chicken is neither to dry or to wet with good size bone, there boneless chicken is a excellent puppy weaning food. From 3 weeks old to show champions, I wouldn’t feed mine anything else. Thank you for helping me keep my fur babies with shinny coats, healthy solid poo’s and pearly white teeth. Thank you.

Don't ever be fobbed off with having to accept a credit note!10/11/2923 - STILL NO REFUND - DO NOT TRUST THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANYGreat way to treat an NHS employee who needs to count every penny!Joke of a company. do not use!I had a couple of previous orders and although without any delivery issues, the food was questionable, nonetheless I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt and try them again. Wish I had stuck with my gut instinct and not given them the benefit of doubt.Their customer service is at best, useless. Not the only one to have had issues (check out Trustpilot).I had an issue with my order which I placed on Thursday, for delivery on the following Tuesday. Several late emails stating issue with delivery it would be late, then not coming at all as 'damaged by courier' informed that a new order was being processed ... was on its way,.... then no order, we've cancelled it, here's a credit note, and by the way, you will have to start the whole process again, and place your order from scratch. So much for the customer satisfaction, which is definitely not a priority for them. Under my consumer rights I requested a full refund, they informed me I will have to wait at least 14 days until they have claimed against DPD. My contract of purchase was with Theyloveit, not DPD. Shoddy company, will never use again.!Do yourself a favour and order from a company that has less questionable ethics, who value their customers and strive for the best customer satisfaction - unlike these charlatan's.Check out further social media sites ... :-) until I get a refund, I will ensure everyone hears about how bad this company are.

Use they love it raw monthly my dog loves their food and reasonably priced.I use the home delivery service but have also been and collected.Food comes well packed.Would recommend.my daughter recommended them to me as she uses them.

I've used They Love It raw complete for about 2 years after being recommended it by a lady I bumped into on a dog walk. At the time my 1 year old Jack mix was on an expensive kibble but I was throwing away more than she was eating. I tried so many foods but she was really fussy.She LOVES her They Love It ! As we prep, she's dancing for her dinner. It is demolished in a few seconds. She enjoys every single meal. This company definitely got their name right !Thank you for being easy to use, reliable, helpful and most importantly producing a food that my precious girl loves ❤️

I have been using this company for over 6 years and I've never had any problems with them! I always order on their website every 2/3 months, which is always clear and accurate regarding stock levels and delivery timescales. My two girls absolutely love their food from here and I wouldn't even dream of going somewhere else to get their food! Thank you so much ❤️

Never had a single problem with this company, always been really helpful with 10/10 customer service. Being new to raw feeding with a puppy they have been nothing but informative to help me feel confident with my decision. Recommend to all family and friends.

Absolutely great quality dog food at a great price, been ordering from here for years and continued to do so when we moved from Cambridgeshire to the Highlands. Delivery is prompt and stress free, never any issues. Will continue to order from here as long as they're offering!

I have only recently starting using They love it raw and I’m so happy I have swapped over. I popped in to collect some food the other day and the lady who served me really helped me out! Excellent customer service and they really know their stuff.
