Used about a year ago, straightforward & they delivered direct to me - all good, would have rated 5 stars.Used recently and had general poor service which seemed to stem from the office staff (not counter):1) Incorrect product measurements confirmed over phone2) They offered to call back to confirm another detail but didn't3) Told could return excess boards if required; when returning fortnight later office staff said they were exempt and original member of staff not available to confirm4) Office told me they would follow up with original member of staff & ring me to discuss - no call received...I chased and they finally said yes to the return.I don't usually write reviews but this was unnecessarily painful and time consuming. On a positive & fair note, price was very competitive.

You need to sort you rep out dumping old mattress and other stuff at night on private land in shaw

Awful experience today. Twice been lied by the staff gave me products deliberately raised the price. Quoted twice for the price then over charged . Absolutely ridiculous for company like this.

Didn't have exactly what I needed; but rather than try and sell me a close match, gave good advise and even helped me find a competitors shop.Good product range (I just needed something 10yrs old) and v helpful
