Dreadful, we drove round and round in circles, followed our sat nav, which told we had arrived. There was nothing to say that there wasn't a customer centre. I then emailed but didn't receive a reply. Understand you are hoping to open shops on the high street. Totally the wrong way to encourage customers. Back to Matalan for suitcases.
