I always have such a lovely time visiting the salon. I don’t live near Windsor but visit a couple of times a year and book in with Libby for a fabulous haircut. My hair is fine and she understands exactly what to do with it to make it look thicker and healthier and always offers great maintenance advice. Shout out to April too for a relaxing hair wash and a good giggle!

Absolute nightmare this place has been to me. I wanted a male curly perm they said they can do it but I need a consultation first, had that and Lisa the stylist told me the top is long enough but I need to grow my edges more and to come back around 4 to 8 weeks. I had another consultation there 6 weeks later, Lisa told me it's all ready now and booked me in for the perm for a week later. I went for my perm I was told I'd get a text with the price which I didn't and was told it will cost around £50. None the less, I had my perm done from there whilst Lisa was doing it she didn't touch the edges or the back she just permed the top of the front she only left the products on my hair for 10 minutes I believe it has to be 1 hour. Once my perm was done the top was curly and the edges still straight it actually looks like a wave perm rather than a curly perm as you guys can see and about the edges Lisa told me to cut them off or leave them down which looks hideous so what was I growing the edges for them for? When I went to pay they now said its £75. Never the less, I paid for my perm and went home let it set and after a few days it still looked terrible so I phoned them to ask them why the edges won't done and they offered me an immediate refund and asked for my card details so she can do a bank transfer although I paid in cash I am referring to the manager Hayley she then asked me for the long card number I explained she doesn't need that for a bank transfer anyway I gave her the required details and then she said it will take a few days as she has to go to the bank to do it which is obviously a lie so I questioned her lies and then she immediately transfered me my refund, a full refund. Now everyone is laughing at my hair even my barber and I have to wait like 2 months before I can get a proper salon to do the perm for me because if I get it repermmed before that time frame my hair could brake, it's very very upsetting.

I have been going to this salon for a few years and there is no one I trust more than Kerry with my hair. She has had the hard tasks to get me blonde from copper and back again all while keeping my hair in the best condition with the best advice on products to buy. I have recently just had hair extensions put in by Kerry and amazed at how healthy she has got my hair looking with the weave extensions surprisingly comfortable with no tightness. Overall impressed with her talent as a hair dresser. Would recommend her to anyone with confidence.

Hayley gave me one of the nicest haircuts I've had! Her expertise is honestly second to none and I felt like I was in really safe hands - she understood exactly what I wanted and what would suit my hair type, and she did SUCH a lovely job. I'll definitely be back!! Thank you soo much <3

Have my hair done by the lovely Kerry, she always gives me exactly what I ask for, she’s very professional and very knowledgeable with colour, I'mAlways changing my hair colour, and am confident doing this as Kerry is the colour expert, I love going to the salon and having a pamper, all the girls are so welcoming, the salons always spotless and I love the vibes !!I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Our main reason for being in Windsor is to see family as we live 200miles away but i also come to have my hair done at SJ Forbes. I was treated with kindness and courtesy by Kerry & Hannah. Everybody loves my new hairstyle. See you in the new year. Love Shirley xxx

I just moved to Windsor and it was my first time at this salon. Kiri did a reverse balayage and it looks amazing. She’s done exactly what I wanted after years of hairdressers getting it wrong, looks so natural and easy maintenance. Thank you so much! Also April was so lovely.

Very pleased with my new haircut. I booked a last minute appointment with Libby for a cut and blow dry a couple of weeks ago and she took a lot of care to do my hair exactly how I asked. I would highly recommend Libby and this lovely relaxing salon. Thank you!
