I used Oscar James to purchase a property and found the whole team very friendly, professional and most importantly proactive in following up with solicitors. Our experience with Oscar James Northampton was positive and friendly . Our initial meeting with Paige was very encouraging after negative experiences with previous agents. Throughout the team, of Andy and Kirsten, were pro active in the selling and marketing of our property, whereas alot of agents seem to post it on Rightmove and then sit back and let things happen. I cannot recommend Oscar James Northampton, as an estate agent, highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant experience, Paige and the team not only very professional but also lovely with it.. couldn’t believe how quickly they sorted everything out from advertising with fabulous photos, to viewings, sale negotiation and finally contract stuff.. all so easy. Paige & the team worked extremely hard selling my property in a very turbulent market. We had 2 x sales fall through but with foresight & a determined attitude the team were always quick to re-market and made the sale in a different & almost impossible looking market compared to 2022. I have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years in Northampton as a landlord & Oscar James are by far the best that have acted on my behalf.
