Village Hair Salon

I booked an appointment for my boyfriend here because the reviews were so good. He had a cut with Jay. From what he told me he found him rude and unwelcoming, he also couldn't do a beard trim, is this not a barbers?. His hair wasnt cut to a reasonable style, just basic and 26minutes it took for you to wash and cut and get rid...RUDE and unprofessional. Sorry to say he won't be coming back and I wont be recommending any of my friends too. Why question the fact he had also brought a bag??? He was going to the gym after, not that it was any of your business to intrude. Most shocking place he has ever been. I am just sorry I encouraged him to book here. :-(

I’m very sensitive about my hair . It’s hard to control so I try to go to the same barber, obviously can’t do that while I’m on holiday . This place was near my hotel. I walked in they had a space for me. The stylist (I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she had purple hair) very nice , she gave me exactly what I wanted and more . She gave me an amazing braid. Thanks to her I’m going to look damn good for the rest of my trip . If I need a trim while I’m still here.I am definitely going back

If you have thick and too much hair like me, I can’t remember the name of the hairdresser young lady, but definitely my hair made her sweat. I liked how she shaped my hair in the end but in daily life it was not looking as good as I thought. Was just a straight cut. Hospitality was worthy, I ve been offered drink. However, I booked my appointment via app and was expecting to pay discounted price as per I seen in the app, and when it was done I’ve been told the sale has finished so I had to pay 50 quid, I would not come here if I knew.

Booked an appt for full head highlights and a cut, never having been to the salon before, and what a lovely experience!! Nik did a great job on the colour and cut - speedy while being very thorough, and his experience is obvious. Friendly, Professional, Entertaining (!) with very reasonable prices (and an almost too comfortable back wash to boot), I will definitely be returning! Recommended (but not so much that all the appointments are taken up and they can't fit me in ever again)

Omg literally the best barber shop ever. I was nervous as it was my first time and I couldn't properly convey the hairstyle I wanted and still the barber, Keira, literally did exactly what I had in mind if not a thousand times better. She was super fast and super kind and I am so so so happy with the haircut, the only barber I'm ever going to ever !!!

Really amazing place, managed to fit me in when I called up on the day because they had a space free. Really lovely kind guy cut my hair exactly as I wanted for a decent price, when I usually struggle getting what I want at other places and end up with awful hair. 10/10 haircut 10/10 customer service and friendliness 10/10 would recommend and will be returning myself.

I booked via treatwell and emailed twice (there's a problem with the email here) and tried to call twice, and nobody picked up. Ended up cancelling because it says I need a patch test 48h before and couldn't get hold of anyone to organise it.

Went to Village Hair for a hair cut. Got an appointment from Friday for Sunday. Jack, who attended me, is such a skilled and beautiful person. Apart of his great professional abilities, he made me feel calm (I don't cut hair often) and relaxed. A service took around an hour and I can't be any more thankful for changing my hair for healthy again ;) love my new look! Highly recommended!

Thanks for a friendly, helpful and professional service from Sam. She did a great job with my husband Marks hair tonight and we're very happy. It's the first time he's used this salon but I'm sure he'll be back. 5 stars. Would recommend
