It's always packed whenever you go in. People bump into you and shove around you because there's hardly any room sometimes.I went in last week to return some items. I had used a gift card to pay for £9 of my original order, followed by around £40 on my credit card.The woman at the desk said I had to put the original amount of the gift card back on it and the rest could be put on my credit card. I said that would be great. She then proceed to put the full amount back on the gift card.I told get that wasn't right and that I should have had the rest of the money on the credit card. She said there was nothing she could do now and pointed for me to exit.

I was on your website looking for a superlight padded coat as my coat was damaged i was on your website everyday no black 2XL superlight padded coat until last night when your website said braehead glasgow had the black 2XL so i went to braehead this morning for the store opening no black superlight weight coat not only that i was told that there wont be any 2XLCoats anymore i was lividThis is discrimination against the larger person and i will never set foot in a primark shop againI felt embarassed asking staffTo look for a coat in 2XL only to be told your not selling that size nowYour website is giving the wrong information time and time againAll other stores have larger sizes

Primark is a place where you can get the cheapest apparels throughout... It's a mass brand .. most of the clothes made here are imported from Bangladesh, Combodia,Turkey etc... You will find home decor too ,make up stuff, perfumes shoes etc.. it's worth the money..and trendy... I always recommend to go there and do checkout their reduction section... Cheers

Other than the fact that primary is a bit of a cattle market with people barging each other and blocking the aisles, the primary was warm, dry, well lit and full for really helpful staff members who were willing to laugh at my digs about there being no underwear for bigger people. The visit was brilliant which I can't actively say for a lot of stores I've been in. Would recommend this store for quickness and welcoming vibes, just ignore the endless procession of humans that don't understand how to walk in crowds.

Primark is always my first option when it comes to buying clothes. The Edinburgh princess street Primark is also not an exception. So many options with highly reasonable price.

Popped in for a couple of essentials. Cheap and cheerful. Would liked to have named the store operator that provided excellent service when I was in but she can only be denoted as operator: 01540739. Girl went above and beyond to offer assistance, thanks! Not a place I frequent much but very budget friendly.
